We’re happy to discuss your unique needs, but we have also created the following COVID-19 Adaptation Assistance packages. Depending on where you live, these might be eligible for regional funding. In Prince Edward Island, businesses can apply here for funding.

Crisis Communication Plan

It’s always important that our words strike the right balance of compassion and emotion, while also remaining professional, informative, and straight-forward. However, this has never applied more than it does in our current situation. Many businesses face increased communication needs, which might be challenging to navigate while also implementing the appropriate tone.

Any piece of writing that links your product or service to COVID-19, including blog posts, website content, press releases, and social media updates, should be carefully considered right now for tone, sensitivity, and relevancy.

This is the time to nail your messaging so you can make sure that you’re saying things that resonate with your customers. 

Whether you’d like to use this surreal moment in time to take a step back and put some thought into the way your message is positioned, or if you’re adding a new service or product to your business as you move in a new direction, we can help, in two different ways: 

Brand Voice + Content 

This package starts with a series of telephone and video meetings, helping us learn about your business, your customers, and your goals. From there, we’ll create: 

a set of brand voice guidelines for you that can be used now and after the COVID-19 crisis has passed

a selection of brand statements for your marketing 

up to three pages of website content, based on your new brand voice   

You’ll be left with a better understanding of your business as it relates to your audience, and, as a result, your message will be heard more clearly by people with money to spend on what you’re selling.

Brand Voice + Logo

We’ve partnered with the talented Ashley Green, to provide you with the look and words that work together to speak loud and clear to your audience.

Ongoing Editorial Services

If the COVID-19 crisis has left you with more emails to write, more newsletters to send, more press releases to draft, and an increase in overall communication needs, you aren’t alone.
